One bit of information I've personally come across though, that I don't see here and am curious about, is the ability of the Lotus to maintain a steady "body" temperature. Thanks again for this page, it's answered many of my questions!Roo42https://www.blogger.com/profile/03406089619097354813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148957261931041796.post-68923311748070739912013-05-25T23:09:45.417-07:002013-05-25T23:09:45.417-07:00So nice to have stumbled on this site too. So strangely intuitive that the blue lotus represents the seventh Chakra, as due to cancer my departure date seems less abstract. Here's to the blue lotus and the marshes!cwazywabbithttp://www.cwazywabbit.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9148957261931041796.post-25239273236900696522012-06-01T12:32:52.403-07:002012-06-01T12:32:52.403-07:00wow!

But when you explained how lotus is important to differnt culture and religions, I am totally impressed.
Lotus is the national flower to India, my homeland. and as you well explained it is very much related to hinduism and budhism, your blog became perfect.
very impressive...
